Out of concern for my readers (and NOT sheer boredom) I recorded this video about making cajun tartar sauce. I know tartar is an easy recipe, but I’ve got a few twists the classic (jalapeno dills!). My brother and I are thinking about finally getting around to starting up our long-time-coming cooking blog, BBQHeroes and wanted the ability to post cooking videos. I recorded this to test out my new Flip Mino and I think it performed pretty well. I’m only posting it here to complement my recent shrimp recipes.
